I looked up a few images of hamsters with wet tail and I am now positive that none of the others in the tank had it. Since they had long hair, they may have just walked in some pee or something, the cage really was fowl...
And yes, my dad was with me, so I wasn't buying it by myself, that is never allowed as there has to be a parent signature on the form when buying the hamster...
Also, I'm afraid she has a cold. Every time she stops running on her wheel, she starts sneezing uncontrollably. I'm keeping her far away from Dewey!
