For humfry's bin cage I used a plastic parmesan cheese tub. Remove the lid, cut a vertical slot down the tub the width of the bottle spout so the water bottle can be slid in & out of the tub. Then drilled a hole in the back of the tub & one through the side of the bin at a suitable height. Fastened the holder to the inside of the bin with a bolt through the tub & bin wall & a washer & nut on the outside. Slide in the water bottle & all systems go!
