I just got my new HH after buying the older version second hand last week and finding rust on the bars, I 100% felt a difference piecing the cage together and I don't think it was down to the other one being second hand. Each part just felt 100x more rigid and well made.

The newer version has clear corner tubes and the blue bits are much much lighter, the plastic feels thicker and they connect much harder making them harder to pull apart than I felt it was on the older one. Which is good! I also noticed the penthouse is much much more secure, which is why I'm actually using it now haha!

I am just so glad I ditched the second hand one and bought a new one, such a good strong cage!

Love the tube pictures haha! I'm excited to see Pikachu go in hers (I hope she does!)
