Had a chat to the very nice man at ratrations, the no.8 no garlic complete is 13.8% protein, 2.7% fat and 5.9% fibre and he didn't see why hamsters couldn't have it. It does seem to have higher protein than recommended but could possibly be used as a base with other things added?
