A great soft food is oxbows Critical Care. I have to constantly give it to my guinea pig, since he has dental problems and has trouble keeping his weight sustained. Of course, I would probably ask your vet to be safe, but it is a really great supplemental feeding, with all the nutrients. My guinea especially loves when I blend up cucumber or pumpkin, and sometimes both, to add to the critical care! Its available on amazon in two flavors, plain or strawberry banana.

ETA: he also enjoys when babyfood is mixed with it, just to add some variety in flavor every once in a while. So, since you already have some.....
