Hello! Yesterday I came home from a week-long vacation (my neighbors fed him while I was gone, so he wasn't neglected for a week) and picked my hamster (2yr male syrian) up. His one eye had a black growth on it and wasn't open, and his other eye was shut and won't open. He also has a black growth over his one eye. He doesn't move around well anymore, and when I hold him he doesn't move when he used to before, and doesn't react when I touch or pet him. I tried and-feeding him food and water, but he only accepted the water. My mom assumes he has a stroke. Is there anything I can do to bring him back to his normal state? Or is he dying?
