I've posted here before, where I was asking about my two hamsters, cause they kept breeding and having no babies.
A lot of the replies said they were probably both males dominating each other, but nuh uh!
I just noticed a little hamster baby!
This is really lucky cause last time I cleaned their cages there were no babies, and now I just saw this hamster baby old enough to go outside and look around with its tiny eyes! I'm really excited!
I have never had babies before xD. I really did think they were both males, but seems like Baby was a girl after all!
Does anyone have any advice what to do next? Am I allowed to clean the cage soon?
I'm all new to this! I assume I'm gonna have to buy an extra cage so they don't get more hammies!
I don't even know if there are more babies than one. Luckily I haven't had much to do with my two hamsters lately, cause the male, Pearl, (he's called that cause once I thought he was a female, that's what the petstore said, and still haven't thought of a better name, so he's still just Pearl xD) started biting a whole lot which made it quite difficult to get their foodbowl out of the cage x(. Now I know why he was so defensive! I forgive him now XD!
