Do you have a barred cage? It is most likely that she had her nose through the bars chewing and got her teeth caught then panicked and hurt her nose when struggling to get free. They wet themselves with the fright of the pain. It should heal up OK as long as it is clean but check her teeth are not loose or crooked by the pull. She may also have bitten her tongue as this is common so watch she is eating well too.
