The tank thing is MY PERSONAL preference. I know each hamster likes different things but I don't want to get a tank because of what happened to Scrub, it has just put me off them.
Anyway, last night I bought her a new, bigger cage with even more bars but she didn't chew them at all. This is what I was going to do in the first place and it worked.
