I'm not Hamtastic, but you can find most of these in the reptile section of your local pet store. There are various types of driftwood such as grapewood and cork bark (comes in flats and rounds), wood arches, and food/water dishes made to look like natural stone that you can use for a sand dish.

Not sure where you're located, but the wood wheels are not available in the US and must be imported. Otherwise, I believe places like Zooplus sells them in the UK/Europe.
