I agree with Pouches, if he was younger then it may be worth the risk. If it's not a blockage or anything else treatable with medication then I would just make him comfortable and keep an eye on him. If he struggles with doing anything, such as climbing onto shelves or platforms or reaching the water bottle then change things to make his life easier.
Also I recommend writing down 3 of his favourite things, it might be eating for food, playing on his wheel and having cuddles. When he no longer has interest in these things then he is telling you his time is up, but that will hopefully not be for a long time yet!
