Today I found a 20 gallon tank (garbage day ) but noticed it has some cracks on the bottom. I was wondering about putting thick layers of cardboard on the bottom until I am able to get aquarium silicone. And this weekend I will make a wire lid for it. Does anyone think that will be ok until I can fix it properly?
