You should most definitely wait. It'll be much safer for both mum and babies as there'll be less stress and they won't be disturbed. They need to be left alone and in a quiet area with not much disturbance or handling bar the water and food change for a good couple of weeks.

Sexondly they're all going to need a lot more protein such as egg white/porridge/maybe some cheese/chicken peices etc. and fresh fruit and veg too when they're old enough to begin to eat that on their own, but considering they're dwarves it'll probably need to be small pieces anyway.
