Er... How old are they? And is she living with a male?
If she's living with a male I'd assume she's pregnant and separate the hams, put her in a tank-style cage if you can. You won't be able to be sure until literally a day or two before the birth - then she may get a big round pregnant belly (but don't rely on it as a sign). More prominent nipples is another sign.
