Default Re: Anti-Cancer Dietary Supplement

Racing, that link to fancy rat diet is interesting. Very similar to popular cancer preventative diets for humans. One way to know you're getting a good selection of anti-oxiandants is to 'eat the rainbow'. Meaning just what is says, eat richly coloured fruit and vegetables in shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. (indigo/violet being the trickiest!) This is because anti-oxidants (as well as vitamins/minerals) often include transition metal ions (from the periodic table) and each of these is a different colour.
