They can look very long I always think but they are still OK for the hamsters jaw fit. I would go with them causing problems in seeing drooling, weight loss, difficulty in eating etc before thinking they needed trimming.
Maybe monitor her with weighing for a week or two and if she continues to drop weight then have her seen unless you feel there really is a problem. It could well be that not bar chewing has made them grow longer.
Hope she is OK and she starts to chew her dog biscuit now!
