Well, if you can ensure that your bathroom is hamster proof, i.e. that there are no tiny gaps she can climb in and get lost. You could leave the bathroom door shut and then if she does escape the bath would just be in the bathroom. In case this were to happen, I would leave a bowl of water and food on the floor, and perhaps a box (for sleeping in). That way should she escape in the night (while I assume you're sleeping) she won't be stuck without food and water and sleeping place until morning.
