Wow, I didn't realise ECF had gotten quite that bad.
I read the long thread about them recently, but I thought most people got their things... eventually. Granted sometimes after an entire month. Only thing is they're the only online suppliers I could find for grey Ferplast shelves - well, that, and their eBay store. (I know it's stupid to be fussy about something as trivial as colour, but I'm really not a fan of pink or red...)
