Looks like a Campbell's Russian Dwarf Hamster - definitely not a Winter White. The white on her tummy is typical of Self hamsters and if there is any more on her back and shoulders this shows she is either Mottled or even a Platinum depending on how widespread and solid it is. It really is hard to see, and as for what actual colour she is (Blue, Dove, Lilac etc.) I would hate to hazard a guess from the picture sorry. What colour are her eyes? If you get a chance to get any more photographs please post them, I am quite curious to get to see what colour she really is.
